Payment Options

Payment is due at time of service. Any financing or other arrangements need to be made prior to service.

A deposit of 50% of the estimated cost of the treatment plan is due at the time of admittance for hospitalized pets. Progressive payments may also be required for extended hospitalization or for extended boarding stays. The balance will be due when the pet is released from the hospital.

The doctors and technicians will develop a treatment plan including an estimate of your pet's anticipated fees. This treatment plan is based on your pet's current health status, also allow for potential changes that may arise during your pet's stay with us. The treatment plan is presented and discussed with you, allowing you to become familiar with the doctors recommendations and the fees associated with testing, treatment and any needed medications.

A deposit of 50% of the total estimate is required before services are rendered. Payment of the balance is required when services are completed, and/or prior to patient discharge.

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit.

Because your pet deserves the best care, we offer CareCredit for a convenient financing option. Because your pet is an important part of the family they deserve the best option for care. CareCredit is available with approved credit and may offer no interest or low fixed rate payment plans, providing your pet immediate care for any treatment amount.
